Fixes #45

Details (AI-generated)

Replaces pytz.timezone("US/Central") with a module-level SESSION_TIMEZONE = ZoneInfo("America/Chicago") for both the behavior sessions and the western blots, and drops the pytz import.

  • tests/test_seiler_2024_convert_session.py checks the -05:00 and -06:00 offsets (pytest tests: 2 passed; errors on main).
  • An audit notebook kept outside the repo (fix_timezone.ipynb) reconverts 96.259 on 2019-04-09 and 64.205 on 2018-11-07 from the raw data and compares them with the published files: the wall-clock time is unchanged, the offset goes from -05:51 to -05:00 and -06:00.

This PR also adds the tests/ directory that the other fixes in #43 use.
