These changes are from review feedback I got just before vacation. Small grammer/rephrasing was caught by the other reviewers, but here's more. It looks like more because if I made a wrapping change in a paragraph, I re-wrapped the para as I went. Hopefully all looks ok, and also hopefully this is not too late.
My git-fu is not strong enough to understand why I have the other 7 files in this pull request - I've only rebased and been changing our one web/en/ffreleng.html file. The only changes that matter are the 3 changes to ffreleng.html:
