Fix broken Tautulli posters when Tautulli sits behind auth.
Fixes #2061
Tautulli now redirects direct
/pms_image_proxyrequests to the login page when authentication is enabled. This causes Organizr to cache the Tautulli login html as poster jpg's for widgets.Switch poster fetching to the authenticated API endpoint instead:
/api/v2cmd=pms_image_proxyRestores poster caching/loading for Tautulli widgets.
