Issue with requesting base_url when running scrape_story_metadata. Hardcoded base_url for all functions, to stop issue.
This scraper works, i removed my personal checks to verify it worked.

Scraper sometimes caused an issue when it wouldn't scrape, and just hangs without outputting story metadata. When the URL's were hardcoded into the file, the program has worked consistently, outputting the story Metadata.
