This PR increases the minimum supported Node.js version to 20.9.0 from 18.12.0 because version 18 is less than 30 days away from EOL.

This test failure could mean that the snapshots need to be regenerated. Run git checkout auto/upgrade-node-20 followed by yarn test -- --passWithNoTests --updateSnapshot, and commit & push the results.
