- Created release-metadata.json and release.test.json to store release information for libs and apps.
- Implemented release_helper.py to manage release metadata and version upgrades with enhanced argument parsing.
- Added release_save.py to merge release data with input data and save it back to the release file.
- Updated pyproject.toml to include new script entry points for release-save and release-helper.
