Added an option to choose whether to use the schema validation for the gitlab ci yaml files or not.
In 0.0.5 it failed to list the jobs in the panel if the yaml itself or one of the includes was not 100% valid.
Bump version to 0.0.6 and use IntelliJ 2023.3 platform.
In addition I added some code improvements regarding nullability and readability of the code base.
Finally this PR also contains a package rename to avoid snake case in package names.
I really hope that you will find my PR useful und will release a update in IntelliJ Plugin Store.
