This PR deprecates the GRPC server, because it was over-engineered for the simple use-case that is querying service state.
Instead we now have an easily extendable HTTP server that also exposes the snapshots. The finality of the snapshots can be used to analyze the behavior of the prover service and catch issues early.
This is a follow-up of #322.
