It seems to be because of Wayland, and regarding Flatpak, the defined WMClass is info.cemu.Cemu. |

I tested the AppImage version; it uses the WMClass 'Cemu' instead of the WMClass 'info.cemu.Cemu' from the Flatpak version. |
