Updates Transformers Prime's graphics pack with shadow and anisotropy settings, and adds removal mods for anti aliasing and motion blur.

Here's a preview of how the game looks upscaled with higher res shadows and anisotropic filtering

Added shaders that improve scaling of bloom and antialiasing effects, and settings to remove antialias and motion blur. (separate hacks were removed to go with this change)

Improved motion blur removal so it only removes the blur when set to do so.
