This PR introduces a new bulk-search utility under /tools/bulk_search/.
The script enables file-based input of IPs/domains and exports results to JSON.
Includes --mock mode supporting offline/local development and users on free-tier accounts.
Example inputs and outputs are provided.
This tool aims to extend Censys usability for automation and reconnaissance workflows.
