Fixes this error showing on startup: > s6-overlay-suexec: fatal: can only run as pid 1
Default tar doesn't support all required "magic", so we install tar from apk repository, which is more powerful. Source: https://unix.stackexchange.com/a/302231
Don't automatically delete local backups if their count exceeds configured limit. It would delete backups created by other add-ons or manually by user, so it could lead to unwanted behavior. For cleanliness backups created for Borg will be automatically deleted after backup procedure ends. Users need to setup another backup solution for persistent local backups.
