Updates a few workspace defaults to match common usage. The workspace sidebar (with the Files tab first) now opens by default so secondary surfaces are visible immediately; sidebar chats are no longer grouped by project path by default in favor of a flat list; and newly pinned chats are inserted at the bottom of the pinned list rather than the top, so existing pin order stays stable. All three remain user-configurable—only the defaults change.
