Improves generated chat titles by requiring a leading emoji and maintaining a process-local, workspace-wide history of the 20 most recently used title emojis so automatic and message-based generation can avoid repetition. The change records emojis from every successful title update, enables Generate title from message for durable assistant messages, bounds title prompt input, and keeps commit-only prompt options out of chat-title settings.
