Claude Code resolves resumed sessions within the current project, so changing an existing chat's project path could leave its transcript behind and make the next turn fail. This change relocates Claude session artifacts transactionally, persists the updated native transcript binding, waits for all relevant Claude processes to exit before copying, matches Claude's long-path key encoding, and adds restart-aware integration coverage to ensure the conversation continues from the new project.
