this will be valid only when we update the octo-sts gh app to have this permission

@eslerm you might need to enable the read (at least, need to test it) in the https://github.com/chainguard-images/.github/blob/main/.github/chainguard/verify-github.sts.yaml otherwise CI will fail

@cpanato I received a few emails to check https://github.com/organizations/chainguard-sandbox/settings/installations/81561367 after this went through. Appears that the app has perms there.

I want to retrigger cg-forks update before changing https://github.com/chainguard-images/.github/blob/main/.github/chainguard/verify-github.sts.yaml . Not sure how to trigger without a commit 🤔
