In this PR, I compiled a list of errors that I tend to hit on EX systems and how I deal with them in hopes that it might be useful to other users and developers. In doing so, I removed some old text about heap size errors on aries systems, feeling that it was increasingly esoteric as XC systems become difficult to find.
I also copied the information about CHPL_RT_MAX_HEAP_SIZE settings out of the
ugnidocs (the only place I found them) to the place where the variable is defined to make it easier to find, particularly in a world where ugni is essentially retired.
