Summary

• Rebuilds the European Portuguese (pt) catalog from the current release/v3.8.50 source catalog.
• Reuses the prior PT-PT work where the English source is unchanged and translates current/new entries.
• Normalizes residual Brazilian Portuguese wording to natural European Portuguese while preserving product names, provider/model names, identifiers, URLs, ICU placeholders, and markup.

Validation

• npm run i18n:sync-ui:dry — no missing keys added for pt.
• npm run i18n:check-ui-coverage — passed; pt is 99.4% real coverage (the remaining source-identical values are technical/protected labels).
• npm run i18n:check-value-drift — passed.
• npm run i18n:check-glossary — passed.
• Catalog audit — 12,853 English/PT leaves with exact key parity; JSON parses; placeholders, tags, and URLs match; PT-BR terminology scan has no hits.
• git diff --check — passed.

Note

npm run lint currently fails on pre-existing React hook/compiler rules across unrelated TSX files (223 errors). This PR only changes src/i18n/messages/pt.json; the locale file itself introduces no lint findings.
