  • NMT2Sym:
  • D99:
    • AT under volumes
    • TPL under volumes
  • CIVETNMT:
    • PC under surfaces?
    • AT under volumes?

To-Do/Questions:

NMT2Sym:

  • SD (sulcal depth) currently only has hemi-R file — need to confirm if hemi-L file exists or should be left: null

D99:

  • D99 has multiple AT files (src-D99_desc-AT_annot.nii.gz, src-D99_space-sym_desc-AT_annot.nii.gz, src-D99_hemi-R_desc-AT_annot.nii.gz) : should each have its own named field (e.g. AT, AT_sym, AT_hemiR) or should they be grouped differently?
  • add lookup .txt and cortical index files in notes:

CIVETNMT:

  • PC parcellation files are all .txt (vertex-wise surface labels) : should they still go under surfaces/annotation/ with left/right: paths, or only referenced in notes: since they are not standard surface formats (.gii)?
  • AT_D99 is a volumetric .nii.gz file but CIVETNMT currently has no volumes section : does a volumes section need to be added, or should the atlas be handled differently?
