OpenGLES CHM Reference

1. download OpenGLES html use follow command

   wget --mirror --convert-links --adjust-extension --page-requisites --no-parent --wait=1 --limit-rate=500k --user-agent="Mozilla" -e robots=off https://registry.khronos.org/OpenGL-Refpages/es3/

2. open indexflat.php.htm and replace all ULR to local address and copy all missing .xhtml files

3. use CHM tool to make a chm file
