SVN verification mismatch between code implementation and documentation on main-2.x #3044

Branch: main-2.x
As per the document, the SVN is part of the TOC. But the code fetches the SVN from header and try to validate the against the min SVN (from efuse).
please can someone help here, when this can be fixed.
