Using hitless update flow for MCU firmware loading during cold boot flow #3049
Description
When the MCU firmware is loaded the Claiptra firmware is already loaded and can be activated by Caliptra core.
As a result, the caliptra core firmware commands that are used for hitless update can be used by the MCU ROM to load the MCU firmware during cold boot. This implementation allows the MCU to use the same code for MCU Firmware loading and activation procedure during both: cold boot and hitless update.
This suggestion is relevant when loading code from flash (via AXI) and for USB or network-based boot.
