Thanks for the feedback! Is this concerning p. 1429? I believe it is ROUITNES based on the scans from https://www.ibiblio.org/apollo/ScansForConversion/Comanche055/1429.jpg, but am happy to revert it to ROUTINES if it is undesired.

Two observations on the comment edits in this PR:

1. "ROUITNES" in the PIPAS comment (page 1429): the original "ROUTINES" was corrected to "ROUITNES" — this appears to have removed the second T, making it a typo that was introduced rather than fixed.

2. The CAGETSTJ comment edit changes "IS" to "IF": "IT IS FOUND THAT THE IMU IS BEING CAGED" → "IT IS FOUND THAT THE IMU IS BEING CAGED," — the word "IS" in the first position was changed to "IF", which appears to alter the grammatical structure of the original.

Regarding your second point, I do believe it is a comma, but they're hard to distinguish from periods. If compared with the fourth column group with the 07,3514 numbers, I'd wager it's a comma after CAGED and not a period, but happy for other inputs of course
