Core extensions

These functions use extensions of Cytoscape Web's core. Though the included extensions in Cytoscape Web meet the needs of most clients, you can write your own custom extensions to Cytoscape Web.

cy.layout()

Apply a layout to the graph, thereby modifying the positions of the nodes.

cy.style()

Apply a visual style to the graph or get the current visual style.
