The current workflows are configured with pull_request_target i.e. any change from fork will not be used in CI runs, hence I created #1196 to test it out. It seems like the runner is taking time to be up 🤔 , any idea how long will it take? I remembered we have a similar issue with equinix runner testing as well. https://github.com/cilium/proxy/actions/runs/13710358164/job/38345380696?pr=1196
