Sync the envoy.bazelrc and WORKSPACE to Envoy v1.37.0. Update WORKSPACE load order to match upstream: - Add envoy_bazel_dependencies() call - Add envoy_toolchains() call - Move envoy_repo() after envoy_dependency_imports() - Update patch reference to new filename Signed-off-by: Tam Mach <[email protected]>
Update all cilium patches for compatibility with Envoy 1.37.0: - 0001: Update context for filter_manager.h and router.cc changes - 0003: Update context for MutexLock API change (removed & prefix) - 0005: Renamed to match git-generated patch name - 0006: Merge with existing liburing env config instead of replacing Signed-off-by: Tam Mach <[email protected]>
