…now uses signals instead of callbacks and replace deprecated playbin with the newer playbin3.

The
appsinkcallback approach in combo with the oldplaybinhas been broken since GStreamer 1.20.This is a minimal change to switch to the
appsinksignal approach and the newerplaybin3which fixes video playback for recent versions of GStreamer.
