This PR cleans up the macOS sample projects in particular, setting them to build with
$(ARCHS_STANDARD)which should simplify building on arm64-based machines. It also removes a few references to expired macOS frameworks and adds several to the _AllSamples project.Additionally, this cleans up the Kaleidoscope sample generally, moving it to using Lorem Picsum as a source of photos, rather than the defunct Instagram API used previously.
