🗣 Description
Creates a scan that pulls/update/insert Qualys data. This scan is the same scan from ATC framework and integrated into XFD
💭 Motivation and context
We want to bring all data gathering into the XFD repo. WAS is our scan used by P&E and will give the XFD dashboard a new type of Qualys data to display
