Description

This PR adds the official citation style for the International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence (IJCAI). The style features a specific alphanumeric-like label [Author, Year] both in-text and as a prefix in the bibliography. It has been built to match the formatting required by the IJCAI Word and LaTeX templates, specifically ensuring full author names are listed in the references section after the label.
