First release of the ParaView CityJSON Reader Plugin

First version of the CityJSON reader for ParaView that allows you to load CityJSON files. Will undoubtedly contain some bugs, and is currently not capable of dealing with holes in polygons yet (untested at least).

Binary is built on ParaView version 5.8.1
