This should help to resolve #138, #93, and #97. Maybe #121 and #164 as well.
It adds an option for using
enigo.textvia the "direct" method, or the ctrl+v method we use now.I suspect this can supersede #167 and #165. May still need #165 for better overall paste handling on MacOS. This also solves half of #87.
