Sort plugins added since Sep 26, 2023, again.

By running the sort_lists.py script.

Plugins added since 4e9073d were not being sorted,
due to a newline character in one plugin's description causing Uncategorized plugins.md
to have a (now-removed) non-list line in the middle of all the plugin list.

The plugin is "attachment-manager":

This repeats the step done in community-archive#793, which was reversed in community-archive#794.
