Reframes the opening line of the workflow-data README to lead with the data layer's infrastructure identity rather than the emotional family-service framing.
The repository description on line 9 already uses infrastructure language ('Source-backed workflow data, schemas, provenance, exports, and validation'). This change makes the bold opener consistent with that.
Aligns with Clarvia's NLnet Commons Fund application framing while remaining consistent with the Oeuvre Nationale application.
