Added F90 and f2py options for OpenMP (-fopenmp, and gomp => -lgomp) so that when compiling 'classic3.so' the openmp lines are compiled.

after_step readded to commit, and comments to be able to quickly switch from dimensional split to non-dimensional split solver.
