@AE49 I'm marking a hold on this one. It looks like SPDX had added markup to https://spdx.org/licenses/openvpn-openssl-exception.html for pyscopg2 but it looks like one of the differences was missed. I'm going to open an issue and get a PR submitted to get this updated. Once accepted, I will update this whole file accordingly.
