Thanks! Every file this touches has since been removed or rewritten (index rewrite #608/#610, scheduler rebuild #640, file-state rebuild #650, and the snapshot framework migration), so this cannot be rebased meaningfully. Jumping from an include line is currently served by document links; if definition-on-include is still wanted on top of that, it would be a small fresh implementation against the current navigation layer. Closing as superseded.
