I cannot get these to redirect when running the branch locally or in the preview deployment. Also, it appears all of the redirect urls still have |

None of the redirects will work yet, this is just prep work before the new domain goes up. Next commit will correct the path definitively. |

Ok. Even if the docs.cloud.gov isn't up yet, can we add the redirecting to the URLs in this PR to test the redirects? |
