Summary

Swaps the flue PR-review bot's remaining kimi-k2.7-code agents to deepseek-v4-flash-0731 (model docs).

• The conventions reviewer already used deepseek-v4-flash-0731; this change makes it the model for every agent except the review validator (GLM-5.2), which is intentionally more capable.
• Affected agents: code-review-file, style-guide-file, reconcile-reviewer, spam-filter, dependabot-reviewer, rebase-conflict-resolver.
• .flue/AGENTS.md model documentation updated to match.

Validation:

• tsc --noEmit, vite build, and 161 unit tests pass
• 28 agent eval cases pass against the live model (style-guide, conventions, spam-filter, reconcile, code-review, review-validation)
