Adds 'moonshot' to the AiModelProvider union with four models: kimi-k3, kimi-k2.7-code, kimi-k2.7-code-highspeed, and kimi-k2.6. Routes through the workshop backend's openai-completions path against api.moonshot.ai/v1 because Moonshot is not a Cloudflare first-party provider (no AI Gateway route exists for it). Adds a local MOONSHOT_MODEL_COSTS lookup so that the missing pi-ai catalog entry doesn't fall back to ZERO_COST and skew BYOK accounting. Also wires up MOONSHOT_API_KEY/MOONSHOT_API_URL through run-dev-server for local dev defaults.
