Thanks for the PR! I've added a couple suggestions to fill in the ASRank values, and adding signed
status to both ASes.

hey @kansal15 the "signed" status indicates that the AS has signed Route Origin Authorizations (ROAs) for most of the prefixes it originates. It means whether an AS registers its own prefixes onto RPKI. The other status, i.e. "filtering", indicates whether an AS filters RPKI invalid traffic going through its network.
RPKI ROAs status can be viewed in sites like Cloudflare Radar
Currently, 97% of prefixes AS9829 originates has valid corresponding ROAs, therefore we would assign the "signed" status here.
