Changed `upstream_response_body_filter`, `upstream_response_trailer_filter`, and `response_body_filter` to be `async` functions.
Require the request context to be Send and Sync for the newly asynchronous response filters, matching the other async ProxyHttp callbacks. Explain that these hooks can await I/O or offload expensive work without blocking request processing.
