This PR updates the Concourse pipeline to prevent run-drats failures on fresh Shepherd v2 BOSH Lite environments by ensuring a warden-compatible Ubuntu Noble stemcell is available (avoiding the incompatible GCP “light” stemcell format).
Changes:
- Add a
noble-stemcellbosh.io resource that points to the warden/bosh-lite Ubuntu Noble stemcell. - Fetch
noble-stemcellin therun-dratsjob plan. - Pre-upload the Noble stemcell via a new
upload-noble-stemcelltask before runningbosh-deploy.
