[v8] Add examples for hash-based routing

Description of the Change

As part of implementing Hash-Based Load Balancing Algorithm for CF Routing, this PR provides additional examples for update-route and map-route in the CF CLI to clarify the use of hash-based routing.

Why Is This PR Valuable?

Application developers are interested in more examples of how to use per-route options, especially hash-related per-route options.
