[15.0.X] change era to Run3_2025 in a selected online DQM clients

PR description:

This is a continuation / follow-up of #47492 (see #47491 (comment)).
In particular, it moves era from Run3 \ Run3_2024 to few selected online DQM clients that seem to be relevant to update given the current content of the 2025 Era definition:
