Small nits but not blocking.

1. End of the Initiatives Requirements list, there's a stray empty bullet
   after "SHOULD acknowledge everyone who actively helped complete the
   initiative." Just needs deleting.

2. "CoCC" (Escalations, under UG Chair) is used without expansion anywhere
   in the doc. Spell it out on first use (Code of Conduct Committee).
