VERSION 1.1 NOTES:
1. Kinchin-Pease damage calculations are not included, since the solids are
assumed to be thin and elastic collisions are assumed to be non-important
2. DONE!! Eventually, add one more "round" for the secondary electrons after they
drop below the ECUTOFF to simulate low-energy processes.
3. Add analytics to get geminacy and eV/species as well as W-value
4. Play around with excitation dissociation.
