We haven't worked with the Local Government Association, so remove all references suggesting partnership, endorsement, or governance. Removed: - "Part of the LGA AI Ecosystem" section from about page - LGA from governance oversight list - LGA AI Hub footer link - LGA support references from contact and success stories pages - LGA AI Hub resource from evidence pack Kept LGA survey citations in scenarios.yaml as factual data sources.
