sample RunSnailRun game, works on Tizen

Hi,

I would like to commit this simple game that uses cocos2d-html5 and works on newest version of Tizen.
It is an exmaple how easily run cocos2d aapplications on Tizen.
There are no modifications of cocos2d library, only additional sample app.

Hi Tadeusz. I am so happy that cocos2d-html5 could run on Tizen, many thanks for your contribution.

It is suggested that you could move this game into tutorial repo with a short tutorial which could help other developers to know the files of lib/tizen better. Please don't forget to point out which engine version you used. Tutorial repo: https://github.com/cocos2d/cocos-docs

We can't add too much sample games on our cocos2d-js-tests repo, it makes cocos2d-x zip ball file too big for release and takes us a long time for compatibility testing when engine version upgrade.

It's a good idea to pull request to tutorial repo. Up to now the samples in repo:https://github.com/cocos2d/cocos-docs are all complete with tutorials. So that will be awesome if you can pull a tutorial about it.
