Adds new templates

This adds two new admin queries:

1. template usage => show how templates are used (created vs in use vs uses)
2. privatemode use over time => sums found privatemode messages every day into a table, the table is then admin queried

due to the nature of the use over time at some point a bar chart could make sense.
note that the use over time always calulated the day prior to ensure it's there is no day overlap.
Also that instantly (or during the day) deleted messages are still ignored

I got a bug from switching a query that give data (ex: Messages created) to the Private mode query

Template uses do not give any indication if there is no value/0 or there is an error, it's just an empty space

I use the Privatemode AI in a project within an org but i still get no values? Or am i doing something wrong
